Indonesia Weather Warning

BUDD Indonesia would like to inform all Clubs and Members that the weather in the seas around the Indonesian ports is forecasted to be very bad this week. As we enter the midst of the Indonesian rainy season, waves up to 4 meters are predicted to appear alongside heavy rain and strong winds.

All vessel Masters and Operators should be aware of this in order to prevent any danger to seafarers. If the weather starts to worsen even more dramatically, it is likely that vessels may be restrained from entering ports and that cargo loading and unloading operations will be disrupted. Vessel Masters should await further instructions from ports.

If you have any queries regarding vessels approaching Indonesian ports or ports in surrounding South East Asian countries, please do not hesitate to contact Budd Indonesia budd-indonesia@budd-pni.com or general.marseille@budd-pni.com.

All contact details for Budd Offices can be found on our website www.budd-pni.com or on the Budd App, available for download on the App Store and Google Play.
