Budd Services Now Available in Myanmar
As
readers will no doubt be aware, following the loosening of sanctions, Myanmar
is opening up to the outside world with the result that the import/export trade
is booming (+7% growth in 2016-2020).
In
order to assist the increasing number of vessels calling in Yangoon’s two ports
and offer a choice of Correspondent to the Clubs and their Members in a country
where only one correspondent existed previously, the Budd Group is pleased to
announce the opening of Budd Myanmar in partnership with the Naxco-Thoresen
Group which has been a shipping service-provider in Yangoon for over three

The
experienced Budd Myanmar team has all the right knowledge and connections (Port and
Customs authorities, surveyors, cargo underwriters, etc.) to offer the full
range of P&I and H&M services, including assistance in personal injury
